Alaska Airlines

Events at Benton County Historical Museum that honor Oregon's 150th birthday will include an art exhibition entitled "150 Years of Oregon Art", a lecture series, a juried quilt show, and a dynamic online timeline of Benton County history.

On Tuesday, January 27, 2009 members and friends of the Marys River Quilt Guild gathered to study 19th century quilts from the Museum's collections. Collections specialist, Ross Sutherland, right, retrieved the artifacts and unrolled the quilts in the Collections Work Room in the Collections Care Facility.

SAE Fraternity Men Lend a Hand


Collections manager, Mary Gallagher, looks on as four SAE Fraternity men from Oregon State University help move heavy artifacts into our Collections Care Facility. Thank you, guys!
